Registration and Call for Abstracts

Registration Instructions:

1. Fill the Inscription Form HERE (including call for abstracts)

2. Wait for the response e-mail from the organizers.

3. Proceed with the payment of the fees: Payment link (Payment options: wire transfer, or PayPal. Please note that payment via PayPal includes an extra to cover the PayPal tax)

4. An e-mail from the organizers is going to confirm you that the registration process is completed.

- Deadline for Early registration Fee, extended from 20/04/2019 to 18/05/2019 (final extention).

- Remember the deadline for call for abstracts is 31/05/2019 (is the final deadline).

Call for Abstracts

Submit your Abstract filling the Inscription Form here

- You can ask for a talk or a poster presentation in the Registration form.

- A full abstract can be uploaded closer to the Call for Abstract deadline, if you wish.

- We encourage Ph.D students to present a poster. The posters will be available during the entire conference. A special poster session is intended to gather the participants and promote discussions around the posters in a relax and pleasing environment.
